• • The publisher revealed that it sold 22 million units in sell through.The Sega Group released an acceleration of +21% in revenue whereby operating income increased by +46% to reach $334million.

  • CD Projeck Red stated that The Witcher 3 sold over 50 million units worldwide! Not to mention that the franchise as a whole surpassed 75 million copies sold. However, the enterprise’s Q1’23 profit declined by 20% in comparison to the previous year.

  • Meta hosted its Quest Gaming Showcase in a one-hour video. A total of 18 games were highlighted which can be played on Meta Quest 2 and Meta Quest Pro VR headsets.

  • The highlight of the announcement was the release of the Meta Quest 3 headset which will be valued at $500 and will be 40% thinner with better and ameliorated features. Therefore, Meta has stated that the price of the Quest 2 will decrease.
