Meet Juan - Account Manager

Can you introduce yourself?

I am Juan Insausti, Account Manager for Iberia and Italy. I am based in Spain, but I like to travel a lot, and therefore I normally work remotely from anywhere in the world. I studied Marketing and Business Management at ESIC Business School (Madrid).

Can you explain your role at ✨Sparkers ✨?

My current position at Sparkers is Account Manager for Iberia and Italy. My career at Sparkers started more than four years ago as a market analyst for the Iberian and Italian regions, but I have always had a strong tendency for sales. Therefore, from the very beginning my goal was to end up being an account manager.

The years I spent as an analyst in my professional career made me acquire a very strong knowledge of our processes and helped me to better understand the needs of our clients.

What does a normal day for you look like?

Every day at Sparkers, my main goal is to keep our customers satisfied with our services, so I get in contact with them frequently to assure that they are happy with our services and, if necessary, to assist them with any requests they may have. Once I am sure that our customers have no needs, I try to find new avenues of business for the company. This can be done in two ways: selling associated services to existing customers or finding new customers for Sparkers.

My main goal is to keep our customers satisfied with our services, so I get in contact with them frequently to assure that they are happy with our services and, if necessary, to assist them with any requests they may have.

Why do you like ✨Sparkers✨?

Since I started my career at Sparkers, I realized right away that this company was different from others. The company culture is based in trust and respect. These are two great virtues, and that says a lot about the company's philosophy of doing business.

I have always noticed something special in this company that makes it different from others. They care about their employees and they look after my professional and personal development. I will always be grateful.

What are your favorite video games & hobbies?

I stopped being a gamer a long time ago, but that doesn't mean that I don't like to play a game once in a while 😊.

A few years ago, I found my passion in sports. First, I started running with very high goals; this has led me to run 12 half marathons and three marathons in one year.

Now, I've found my passion in surfing. I try to dedicate as much time to it as I can. Thanks to Sparkers, I can surf all over the world while I am working remotely.
